Aguanilé is the trading name under which the publisher runs her dance teaching business. It does not refer to a company or an association separate from her.

Social media posts displayed on the website come from the school's public accounts. They remain subject to the rights of their authors and of the people who appear in them, and to the terms of use of the platforms concerned.

Some Instagram and TikTok posts can be played on the website, but they are only loaded from those platforms' servers after the user clicks. The publisher has no control over these websites and content and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy policy.

Linking to the aguanile.nc website is permitted, provided that the link does not harm the image of Aguanilé, opens the website in a separate window and does not suggest a partnership that does not exist. The publisher may ask for any link to be removed.

The publisher takes care to publish accurate and up-to-date information (timetable, prices, events), but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions. This information may change at any time. The terms that apply to a registration are those in force on the day of that registration, as confirmed by the school.
