What you'll learn
The dances of the orishas, rumba, ritual rhythms. We work on grounding, shoulders and torso: everything that gives Cuban salsa its character.
Where it comes from
Inherited from the Yoruba, Congo and Abakuá traditions, brought over from West Africa.
